Mission

As a Procurement Business Impact Lead, you act as the procurement domain expert and solution architect for Aily App procurement modules. Your mission is to embed Aily App into core corporate procurement routines, enabling Fortune 500 companies to move faster from insight to action.
You own the Aily.spend client journey from first integration to enterprise-wide adoption, ensuring the procurement product is fully deployed, trusted, and embedded into daily business routines to deliver measurable value and ROI.

What You Will Do

Act as the procurement domain expert and solution architect for Aily App procurement modules:

Internally

Convert corporate procurement routines and client context into product requirements and AI decision logic, refine model accuracy, and shape the product roadmap and future high-impact use cases.

Externally

Drive client value realisation by leading product deployments, guiding data readiness, validating AI through business feedback, up-skilling procurement managers and C-level stakeholders, and accelerating time to value.

Your Responsibilities

Procurement Solution Architecture

• Translate procurement routines into product requirements and AI decision logic
• Define AI outcomes and decision quality standards
• Co-shape scalable product capabilities and future use cases
• Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility and readiness
• Define and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs to accelerate deployment and time to value
• Influence the product roadmap through client and adoption insights

Procurement Authority in the Room

• Act as the trusted procurement domain expert for clients and internal Product and AI teams
• Be the trusted advisor to C-level procurement stakeholders and turn them into champions
• Represent procurement user needs in product and roadmap discussions
• Communicate AI and data topics, assumptions, and trade-offs in clear business language

Deployment, Adoption & Time-to-Value

• Drive rollouts from entry-point procurement use cases to enterprise-wide adoption
• Own time to first active user and time to routine across procurement deployments
• Upskill and evangelize procurement users through workshops, executive sessions, and engagement campaigns

About You

Must have

• Bachelor, Master, or MBA degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of corporate procurement routines and enterprise decision-making
• 5+ / 7+ years of experience in procurement consulting or corporate procurement roles, with exposure to strategic sourcing, category management, supplier performance, or spend analytics
• Tech-savvy profile with fluency in data and AI concepts, including data requirements and model behavior, gained through close collaboration with product and data science teams
• Proven experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
• Extreme ownership mindset, with accountability for outcomes, adoption, and time to value
• Strong communication skills with senior procurement and executive stakeholders
• Ability to operate autonomously in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Strongly preferred

• Background in tech consulting, solution architecture, or product-facing roles
• Experience with AI-powered, analytics, or data-intensive products
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments
• Experience mentoring, leading, or scaling small teams or domain practices
