About the job:

YouwillbeaseniormemberofateamresponsiblefordefininganddrivingCIB'sstrategicdirection,ensuringalignmentwiththerestoftheGroup.Youwillbeinvolvedinstrategicandtransformationalprojectswithinadynamic,results-orientedteam.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Strategy&Execution:Leadthedefinitionandexecutionofstrategicprojects,ensuringtheyalignwithBBVAGroupandRCPgoals.

• Transformation:Drivemajortransformationinitiativesacrossvariousproductsandgeographiesforgreaterscale.

• LeadershipSupport:Facilitatekeydecision-makingforCIBleadershipandsupporttopmanagementwithstrategicpresentationsandmarketanalysis.

What are we looking for?

Experience&Background:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Engineering,Sciences,orarelatedfield;MBAorrelevantpostgraduatedegreepreferred.

• FluencyinEnglish(minimumC1;C2preferred).

• Provenexperienceinstrategyand/orbusinessdevelopment.

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

• KnowledgeofCIBisanadvantage.
