About you
You hold a master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics, or a related field.
You have 10 to 15 years of experience across SAP SCM, including hands-on EWM, TM, Logistics Execution, and cross-functional integration, with exposure to S/4HANA (includes all three variants – On prem, Private and Public Cloud) transformations, blueprinting, greenfield/brownfield delivery, global template design, and TOM definition.
You bring strong SAP SCM expertise and the ambition to grow into a broader client advisory and practice-building role.
You have deep functional knowledge of ATP/aATP, O2C delivery processes, warehouse and transport operations, and multi-node logistics networks. You are familiar with SAP Activate and comfortable using SAP Cloud ALM to support governance and delivery management.
You have working experience on the integrations between SAP S/4HANA SCM modules and the other Enterprise portfolio modules (Finance, Sales, Procurement, HR etc.) and cross-industry expertise (preferably Life sciences, Healthcare, CPG, Retail, Biotech).
You also add advisory skills based on Artificial Intelligence.
You bring a strong project and change leadership mindset. You drive alignment across teams and stakeholders, and you can translate SAP complexity into clear, business-friendly language that guides decision-making.
You are a confident communicator with an excellent analytical mindset, able to structure challenges quickly and turn insights into tangible outcomes.
You are fluent in English (additional EU languages are a plus).
You are comfortable working in hybrid, international environments and willing to travel to client locations.

About the role
At Bluecrux, we're redefining supply chains by combining expert consulting with cutting-edge technology. As SAP Solution Architect, you'll play a crucial role in our SAP transformation offerings and leading high-impact projects for our clients across industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, and manufacturing.
In this role you will:
• Act as an SAP Solution Architect, taking a client-side business integrator role. You'll be translating supply chain needs into clear SAP architecture and guiding cross-functional designs across planning, logistics, manufacturing, and fulfilment.
• Shape end-to-end SAP target architectures (S/4HANA, IBP, EWM, TM, BNL, MES/LIMS), document key design decisions, and ensure alignment across the value chain. Working with Bluecrux architects and client stakeholders, you drive integrated process design and ensure SAP solutions support business objectives.
• Co-lead the Business Integration Office (BIO) by orchestrating cross-functional E2E design, managing dependencies with System Integrators, and supporting business-driven decision-making. You contribute to project governance through roadmap creation, RAID management, steering material preparation, and portfolio governance, while driving readiness for key project milestones (design, testing, cutover, hyper care).
• Lead change and readiness activities by conducting impact assessments, aligning stakeholders, building enablement and communication plans, and mapping roles to processes. You embed change topics into design and support UAT scenario definition, business acceptance, and supply critical cutover activities.
• Help grow and shape our SAP advisory offering, working alongside senior architects to develop methodologies and strengthen Bluecrux's position as a trusted SAP transformation partner.
