Challenge ahead:

We are searching for a Senior Fullstack Developer to help us build new systems from scratch, continuously improve performance across iterations, and support the growth of our clients, including big names like Nokia, Glovo, and GoFluent.

You'll work on greenfield projects and evolve existing applications to help our users get more value out of CloudTalk. We're looking for someone meticulous, proactive, and self-driven. Someone who identifies problems before they escalate, scopes solutions, and delivers clean, performant code. You'll need to collaborate actively and be vocal when needed. This is a remote role, but we don't work asynchronously, we operate as if we're all in the same room. The goal is to bring in a future tech lead, so a growth mindset is essential.

What you will work on:

Your work will challenge you to solve real problems every day - from customer-facing issues to building entirely new features. You'll scope, design, and deliver systems end-to-end, always keeping performance, scalability, and maintainability in mind.

You can expect to:

• Build greenfield projects while continuously evolving existing systems
• Design and implement microservice-based architectures
• Maintain a strong focus on system quality, reliability, and performance
• Contribute to technical decisions and feature planning
• Write and review technical designs, proactively identifying areas for improvement
• Stay up to date with modern technologies and incorporate them into everyday work
• Collaborate closely with teammates in a remote but highly synchronous environment

• Strong programming skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient, reliable, and secure code

• Experience designing complex systems, ideally with microservice architecture
