THE ROLE 🖌️
As our Customer Experience Executive, you will be the voice of the customer for your market, ensuring an outstanding end-to-end customer journey. Beyond providing excellent service, you will play a key role in improving processes, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to customer loyalty and retention.
YOU WILL ⚙️
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by handling queries via email, phone, and social media, ensuring fast and high-quality resolutions
• Act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for your market, managing escalations and complex cases
• Identify customer needs and proactively propose solutions, contributing to Customer Experience initiatives that improve satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
• Monitor and respond to public reviews (e.g. Trustpilot, Google), ensuring strong brand representation
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance) to improve processes and support ongoing projects
• Provide feedback and insights based on customer interactions, including testing new features and improvements
• Track and report on KPIs (e.g. ticket volume, response time, CSAT), identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Review and optimise internal processes, Help Centre content, and communication templates, contributing ideas to enhance the overall customer experience
• Support onboarding and training of new team members and collaborate with peers across markets to share best practices
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Degusta Box values and culture
