Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.
About the Role:
- Design and implement new processes and tools to contribute to Fever's worldwide growth, aiming to maximize profit and productivity
- Identify key improvement areas for each of Fever business units by developing ad-hoc analyses (production, time-to-market, invoicing, marketing, etc.)
- Participate in company-wide strategic projects focused on ensuring smooth operations and communications across teams to meet BP
- Search for new features (new softwares, AI agents, dashboards, etc.) to enhance impact
- Identify and select the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction, cost and profitability
About You:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (e.g. consulting, operations, or tech-related roles)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Enjoys working with data and making data-driven decisions
- Experience coding in SQL, Python, MATLAB, or similar languages
- Structured problem-solving - able to break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps
- A fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments - every day there is a new challenge at Fever!
