We will foster a culture of diversity, equity and belonging where together our diverse skills, experiences and backgrounds impact the games we make.

We are an early but mighty organization with a leadership team of game industry veterans. There are many opportunities for you to have a big impact on the products we'll be making as well as the overall direction of the company. If you're passionate about tackling difficult problems with direct and thoughtful communication and team first mentality, we may be the right place for you.

About the Role

As a Producer, you will join a growing team helping develop and release a new game. You will work closely with the development team and external partners to ensure the successful planning, execution and delivery of in-game features, content and high-quality game-ready art assets. You will help establish and maintain efficient processes that support both internal teams and external partners while keeping the team aligned with project goals, timelines, and quality expectations.

  • Ensure timely delivery of art assets in alignment with Art Direction and quality standards.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and efficiency in decision-making.
  • Propose and improve production processes in collaboration with discipline leads.
  • Facilitate communication, reviews, and asset delivery with external art vendors and outsourcing partners
  • Work with cross-disciplinary teams to define realistic deadlines, align on content needs, and allocate art resources effectively

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a producer or project manager on a game team.
  • Strong expertise in game production methodologies, including agile development, sprint planning, and milestone tracking, ideally in the mobile games industry

  • Good understanding of game development, art creation and content design principles
  • Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks throughout the game production lifecycle.
  • Ability to structure and track complex information across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide teams toward shared goals
  • Passion for mobile games and delivering high-quality, player-facing content
