Qualifications

• 8+ years of working experience as in-house legal counsel or in a reputed law firm.
• Qualified Law Bachelor Degree in Spain, with a Master in Labour Law preferable. 
• Excellent English & Spanish speaking
• A 360º proven expertise / knowledge of labour law and People matters related. 
• Expertise in analysis and implementation of strategy balancing business needs.
• Leadership and excellent people management skills. Proven ability to work and lead cross-functional teams in multinational context.
• Proven experience working with the senior management.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, high impactful scope, results oriented, fast execution.
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hardworking, problem solver, organized, energetic, proactive.
• Tech or industry experience as a plus.
