Mission

To design and lead a cohesive Global Data, Analytics and AI Architecture that transforms data into a strategic asset and enables advanced analytics and AI at scale. You will design and deliver the end‑to‑end data and AI ecosystem-covering ingestion, modeling, storage, governance, and operationalization-to ensure secure, reliable, and business‑aligned capabilities.

What your responsibilities will be

• Architecture Design
  • End-to-end data, analytics and AI architecture ownership spanning databases, data warehouses, data lakes, analytics platforms, and AI/ML components.
  • Architect scalable AI platforms, selecting appropriate frameworks, cloud services, orchestration tools, and governance processes to ensure safety and security.
  • Define data schemas, storage strategies, and access controls ensuring proper data organization, security, and performance.
• Data, Analytics & AI Platform Engineering
  • Design and implement ETL/ELT processes, pipelines, and data integration patterns across all organizational systems.
  • Guide the end‑to‑end implementation of AI products-from experimentation to production-ensuring operationalization at scale.
  • Architect and optimize data and AI workloads leveraging Azure cloud‑native services and analytics platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and SAP Datasphere.
• Governance, Quality & Standards
  • Lead architectural governance and peer review of technical artifacts, guaranteeing compliance and consistency with enterprise frameworks. Take into account we work in a highly regulated environment.
• Strategic Leadership & Innovation
  • Develop and maintain the long-term technology and analytics strategy, including innovation roadmaps for data engineering, analytics, and AI.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for data storage, processing, AI methodologies, and enterprise adoption.

Who you are

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in AI, Computer Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Advanced English language skills (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise data architecture, covering data modeling, data‑warehousing design, and data‑integration frameworks, including wrapped services and API‑driven integration. Experience with SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and Microsoft Fabric is required.
• Minimum of 3 years developing AI/ML solutions and platforms in a software engineering or applied AI role.
• Hands-on experience with advanced AI techniques and architectures (e.g., NLP, RAG, knowledge graphs).
• Strong experience with cloud-based data platforms such as MS Fabric, SAP Data Sphere, Databricks, Snowflake, and big data frameworks (Kafka, Dataflow).
• Strong proficiency in Python and data analytics languages such as SQL, R, SAS, or Excel.

• Ability to simplify complex information and present to senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and align diverse stakeholders.
