That's why we need an SAP Manager like you; expert in RISE and SAP BASIS/SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Administration.

Role Mission

You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, designing solutions to deliver a resilient, compliant, and high-performance SAP environment, and will contribute to global IT projects with our transformation to RISE with SAP S/4HANA. You will use your expertise to contribute to the team's success within a large and complex SAP implementation, design and architect solutions to deliver resilient, compliant and performant SAP Landscape.

Evolving current administration rol into a more strategic role, coordinating collaboration among internal IT, business units, managed service, the hyperscaler, and SAP's managed operations to align IT strategy with business goals.

What your responsibilities will be

• Providing technical guidance in our journey to SAP RISE with S/4HANA
• Providing direction on transition to new model and administration rol on SAP RISE
• Providing direction and overwatching all SAP Basis/SAP BTP operations.
• Collaborate and provide support to a team of SAP experts, providing direction and overwatching all SAP Basis/SAP BTP operation.
• Design and implement high-performance technical solutions in SAP Basis/BTP.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP Basis and BTP, ensuring adherence to best practices and overseeing system upgrades, installations and configurations.
• Administer and optimize SAP landscapes for performance, security and stability.
• Promptly troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, driving compliance with company policies through regular system audits.
• Responsible for ensuring that all solutions within their technology area are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in SAP Basis and SAP BTP administration.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in SAP RISE technical management. (Necessary)
• Proven experience participating in SAP RISE migration project. (Necessary)
• Expert level BASIS, HANA, RedHat knowledge (preferably Pacemaker experience).
• Deep-rooted knowledge in SAP system administration, with specific expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA and SAP BTP.
• S/4 experience including Fiori, embedded gateway, and technical conversions.
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Outstanding leadership skills are accompanied by first-rate communication and interpersonal abilities and a forward-thinking approach to technological innovation.
