The team you will be working with:

You'll join our User Acquisition team, responsible for driving new user growth, fueling product expansion, and supporting the company's financial goals. We focus on scaling new revenue by testing fresh approaches and continuously exploring the most effective ways to accelerate product growth.

What you will do:

  • Scale user acquisition through Meta Ads.

  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team to design new funnels and run product experiments.

  • Analyze data, metrics, and test outcomes to make decisions grounded in data-driven insights.

  • Improve funnel conversions (CRO) in partnership with the Product Marketing Team.

  • Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize growth.

  • Work closely with Creative Marketing, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to drive new user growth.

  • Build and maintain automations and scripts to streamline campaign management and optimization.

What you need to join us:

  • Have ~1 year of experience in marketing, user acquisition, FMCG, consulting - or you're just starting out and eager to grow fast.

  • Know your way around numbers, can use them to make smart decisions and uncover causal relationships.

  • Understand the basics of marketing and how paid traffic works.

  • Love to research, ask "why?", and figure things out from the ground up.

  • Have a willingness to quickly learn new tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, ad platforms).

  • Communicate confidently in English (B2).

  • Align with the values of our team (SELECT).
