Your responsibilities would include:

Being responsible to oversee and manage transportation Planning & Execution functions for all Operating Companies within his/her specific cluster. Acting decisively and engage effectively with key stakeholders
Partnering effectively with external customers and OpCo transportation organization, customer service representatives and wider supply planning organization
Being responsible for adhering to SLAs, resolving any issues/challenges at the OpCo side
Managing team of Planners by reviewing and improving resources on a continuous basis
Liaising with Continuous Improvement team to support implementation of operational and system improvements
Evaluating cluster operational planning performance
Reviewing and ensuring shipments have been successfully planned and successfully delivered
Overseeing daily execution of transportation planning activities including load consolidation, mode shift, and optimization of transportation routes
Seeking to optimize transportation and execution activities based on transportation planners' inputs, together with CI/CPI team.

You are a good candidate if you have:

Degree in Management, Business, Logistics or equivalent experience

Experience in logistics or transport operations

Team management background

Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cultures

Organizational and team‑shaping skills

Strong collaboration skills

Good stress management and resilience.
