At Madbox, the Creative Studio produces hundreds of UA creatives every month across a growing portfolio of casual games. As Senior 3D Artist, you are a versatile Blender powerhouse who does it all: create polished 3D scenes and animations for video ads, build reusable templates that scale production, solve technical pipeline problems, and develop automation tools. You are not just a tool-builder or just an artist - you combine strong artistic sensibility with technical problem-solving. This role reports to the Head of Creative Studio with daily coordination through the Creative Manager and quality oversight by the Creative Lead.

Your future responsibilities and scope:

• Create high-quality 3D scenes, animations, and renders for UA video ads in Blender - end-to-end production

• Build and maintain reusable Blender templates that enable fast iteration and variation across game titles, and write clear, comprehensive documentation on how to use them

• Develop automation scripts (Python, AE expressions) and pipeline tools to reduce manual production steps

• Create simulation setups, particle effects, and procedural shaders for creative content

• Research and integrate AI tools for asset creation, content generation, and production acceleration (Tripo, Rodin, Hunyan, move.ai)

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the broader creative team

The profile we are looking for:

• 3+ years in 3D production, tech art, or motion design with strong Blender focus

• Strong Blender skills across the board: modeling, animation, simulation, rendering, scripting

• Adobe Suite (After effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) proficiency: compositing, expressions, template creation

• Python scripting for automation and tool development

• Strong visual sense - able to produce polished, attractive 3D content

• Knowledge of composition rules, color theory, and principles of animation and editing

• Proactive problem-solver who identifies bottlenecks and builds solutions without being asked

• Active user of AI tools for asset creation, automation, and pipeline optimization

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Unity experience

• Render farm experience

• Mobile gaming industry experience
