We are currently seeking a DT Technical Lead (H/M) to be based in ouf central offices in Pinar de Chamartín, Madrid.

As a Project Manager / Senior Analyst Programmer/Lead, you will be responsible for the management, analysis, and development of applications under your responsibility following the PMP or SCRUM methodology

ROLE:

The functions as a Project Manager/ Senior Analyst to be developed are:

• Interaction with key users of the applications

• Organization and maintenance of developed web applications

• Interaction with the Infrastructure area for infrastructure requirements

• Analysis and adaptation of the architecture of the applications

• Functional analysis (use cases, functionalities, and data model)

• Design of functional tests for the applications and other types of performance, security, and architecture tests

• Identification, planning, and control of the technical tasks of the project, assigning them to the technical team

• Responsible for ensuring the technical quality of the code (architecture, nomenclature, code documentation, factorization, security and performance)

• Technical leadership of the programming team

• The position will evolve from more technical activities to more PM/Lead activities in the future and implementation of global Field applications

• Lead/Oversee local Field systems implementations in Spain & Portugal around planning/execution/business enhancements/data migrations/data conversions/integrations

As a senior Analyst Programmer, the functions to be performed are:

NET C# Programming, with experience in:

• Web Frontend: development of user interfaces using .NET ecosystem technologies such as ASP.NET Core MVC, Razor Pages, or Blazor.

• Backend: design and development of RESTful APIs and services using ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+, including solid knowledge of dependency injection, environment configuration, performance optimization, and deployment.

• Wiodows Services / Scheduled Tasks: creation and maintenance of background services supporting critical operational processes.

Expert management of SQL databases:

• SQL Database Modeling and Maintenance: experience in designing data structures, creating and modifying tables, relationships, and efficient database schemas.

• Advanced SQL: proficiency in complex queries and Transact‑SQL (T‑SQL) for stored procedures, functions, query optimization, and advanced data manipulation.

Platforms Knowledge (Azure / GCP): familiarity with basic resource provisioning and management, along with essential tasks such as monitoring, cost control, and identity and access management (IAM).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher Degree in FP, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineer/Graduate

• Minimum experience of 5 years as a Programmer Analyst / 2 years as a project manager

• English C1

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database management systems

• Experience with .Net programming languages with SQL Server

• Used to work under Agile methodologies
