The Opportunity

The main goal of the Back-End Technology Consultant is to be the operating bridge between brands and the Back End Tech Product Owner by being in close contact with the business and the development team.

What you'll get to do

Its main functions are:
- Provide support to coordinate BAU & Project Digital Tech operations that relate to the Back-End Technology.
- Provide support to establish development & technology reutilization strategy for Back End Technology
- Provide support to analyze issues in order to identify trends to improve Back End Technology and its processes.
- Provide consultancy support to new development projects for Back End Technology.
- Provide support in cross technology projects executed by the Digital Technology Team
- Provide support to stay up to date with Commerce Cloud product updates and apply relevant improvements to the project.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience:
- Experience in Direct-to-Consumer Solutions such SAP Commerce Cloud
- Integration of Commerce Cloud with SAP ERP
- Integration frameworks and technologies (APIgee, SAP SCP, EDI... )
- Experience in project development life cycle of large-scale web and mobile site launches.
- Experience in consumer identity and access management solutions such as SAP CX Customer Data Cloud (GIGYA), OneLogin, SailPoint, etc.
- Experience in consumer retention and CRM solutions such as Adobe Campaign, Selligent, SmartFocus, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, etc.
- Experience in consumer analytics and media solutions such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick Bid Manager, DoubleClick Campaign Manager.
- Experience working with digital agencies, software vendors, and consulting environments.
- Understanding of marketing technologies and third-party applications and platforms.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, presentation and writing skills.
- Experience in SCRUM and agile project management models.
- Experience in Luxury/Cosmetic/FMCG/Retail industry is a plus.
Education:
- Computer engineering/Telecommunications/Multimedia University degree
- Master's degree from leading engineering or business school will be a plus.
Languages:
English and Spanish full professional proficiency. French is a plus.
