In A Few Words:

• You come from a top-tier management consulting company or a strong operations background and you're looking for a new challenge? Then you are at the right place!

• As a Senior Manager in the Operational Performance team, you'll join an experienced and highly ambitious team within Operations. The team is leading improvements, innovation and automation for Operations and you will be leading initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and process efficiency across the business.

• In this role, you will balance creative problem solving with best operational practice to ensure scalable and high-impact solutions and successful project completion within a fast-growing scale-up.

The Role - Your Passion

• You drive key improvements in operational processes, ensuring they are prioritized and effectively implemented to meet business goals. Current areas we explore include the customer's Station Experience, maintaining Fleet Health at its best level, and supporting regional managers for the best Station Performance.

• You do this by leading and coordinating project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments: Customer, Stations, Data, Automation, Product, Damage teams, etc.

• You leverage data analysis to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative, effective solutions.

• You align project outcomes with business objectives while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and experience.

• You are curious to implement automated flows. AI at roadsurfer is now starting full speed, and we will train you to make you autonomous with our tools.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• You successfully completed a bachelor's degree or master's in business management or a related field.

• You have relevant experience in the conception and execution of projects, preferably within an operations or performance-improvement context.

• You have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels within an organization.

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a talent for disruptive and creative ideas.

• Finally, you bring excellent English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus.
