WHO ARE WE?

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide global and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol.

In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a constellation of last generation nanosatellites, located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.

YOUR MISSION
As our Learning & Development Specialist, your mission will be to design, implement and evolve learning experiences that empower our people to grow alongside Sateliot.

You will play a key role in building a strong learning culture, supporting both technical and non-technical development, leadership growth and long-term talent development in a fast-changing New Space environment.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

Learning Strategy & Development

• Design and evolve learning initiatives aligned with business priorities, company culture and growth needs.

• Detect skill gaps across teams and translate them into structured development plans.

• Build scalable learning frameworks suitable for a fast-growing startup environment.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Support managers in strengthening their leadership and people management capabilities.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning, feedback and self-development.

Learning Tools & Content

• Coordinate external training partners, platforms and learning resources.

• Design and deliver learning content such as workshops, internal sessions and online courses.

• Monitor learning participation, effectiveness and overall impact.

Culture & Engagement

• Reinforce Sateliot's values through learning and development initiatives.

• Contribute to initiatives focused on wellbeing, engagement and personal growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or similar roles (startup or tech environment is a plus).

Languages

• High level of English (B2/C1).

• Spanish is required; other languages are a plus.

Knowledge & Tools

• Experience designing learning programs (technical, soft skills or leadership).

• Familiarity with learning platforms, training providers or LMS tools.

• Experience working with fast-growing teams is highly valued.

Skills

• Strong communication, teamwork and facilitation skills.

• Highly organized, proactive and autonomous.

• Ability to adapt learning solutions to different audiences.

• Passion for continuous improvement and people development.

Mindset

• Curious, hands-on and eager to learn.

• Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
