Volkswagen Group Services is excited to inform that Volkswagen Group Info Services AG and Volkswagen Digital:Hub are joining forces to create something new in Barcelona: a dedicated "GIS:Hub" with a clear focus on commercial B2B data business. This is more than a new innovative Hub. It is the start of a joint journey at the intersection of automotive expertise and digital innovation.

The GIS:Hub brings together the best of two worlds:

• An agile, digital, hands-on environment from the Volkswagen Digital: Hub.

Where Automotive Meets Digital

Responsabilities:

Guiding PMs through the product compliance and legal review process, ensuring inputs are complete, risks identified early, and requirements correctly implemented.
Owning the structure, accuracy, and completeness of legal documentation (product compliance and legal review process, customer contract inputs, data protection documentation, etc.), and acting as the quality gate before legal approval.
Bringing together PMs, Legal Counsel, Data Protection, Sales, Regulatory, and technical teams to maintain alignment across all compliance dependencies.
Supporting the Legal & Regulatory team in wider governance, compliance topics, and cross-functional projects.

Competences:

Strong understanding of Regulatory/Legal frameworks and documentation needs
Experience in stakeholder alignment and legal enablement
Experienced within GDPR
OneTrust Knowledge is a plus (or other GDPR management systems)
Expertise in template systems and technical documentation tools
Structured way of working, product & market understanding and strong coordination skills
