A Snapshot of Your Day
Join a dynamic team where you lead turnkey Grid Technologies projects, including FACTS solutions. You take charge of engineering, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning of advanced equipment-like synchronous condensers, power electronics, and high-voltage switchgear. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address the evolving challenges of the high voltage network. Every day, you drive projects that support the transition to renewable energy and ensure reliable, efficient power transmission. How You'll Make an Impact
Support the sales manager to ensure projects meet technical and economic requirements.
Assist in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
Coordinate the project team through all project phases, from design to commissioning.
Build strong relationships with customers and manage project profit & loss.
Control project schedules and ensure timely equipment delivery.
Collaborate with departments such as environmental, purchasing, and legal.
Oversee site activities through the site manager to ensure quality and safety.

What You Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, energy, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience managing High Voltage turnkey projects.
Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English is required.
Willingness to travel for short visits to sites within Spain.
Experience with business models like UTE or consortiums is valued.
