Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
• Execute, monitor, and maintain automated and manual test cases
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team to define test strategies
• Track, report, and manage defects using Jira
• Manage and execute test plans and test cases using ADO Test Manager
• Ensure test coverage for new features, regression, and performance scenarios
• Continuously improve test processes, automation frameworks, and QA standards

Must-have Skills 

• At least 7 years of experience in QA and test automation
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks
• Strong experience with ADO Test Manager for test planning, execution, and reporting
• Proficiency in Jira for issue tracking and test management
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and reporting
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests in JavaScript/TypeScript or similar languages

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with other automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments
• Experience with performance, load, or security testing
