Join Accenture's Global Treasury & Working Capital Consulting Team to drive advancements in intelligent treasury transformation, facilitate the integration of treasury technologies, and promote AI-enabled treasury automation.

Our global treasury consulting practice seeks treasury professionals with international consulting or corporate treasury experience to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for both consultants and seasoned treasury experts.

As a treasury professional, you have experience developing and maintaining effective treasury operating models covering both organizational structure and processes. You are familiar with treasury management technology and ideally bring system implementation expertise combined with strong business process and technical skills, enabling you to design and implement advanced treasury solutions. Your knowledge spans key treasury functions, including cash and liquidity management, bank relationship management, financial risk management, and debt & investment management. You are focused on delivering innovative, analytics-driven solutions to improve treasury operations and add business value. You excel in an energetic, inclusive, and collaborative team setting. Your strengths are particularly well suited for contributing to the following areas:

Cash positioning & short-term liquidity management:

Strong understanding and ability to define optimization in daily cash positioning processes including bank statement integration, cash balance reconciliation, intercompany funding flows (e.g., cash pooling, netting, in-house bank setups) and forecasting short-term liquidity needs.

Cash management optimization & working capital efficiency:

Experience in optimizing cash concentration and funding mechanisms (physical and notional pooling, internal loan and deposit), improving bank account structures, and integrating payment and collection processes. Familiarity with working capital metrics (DSO, DPO, DIO) and their influence on liquidity planning and cash forecasts.

FX exposure identification & hedging:

Experience in measuring FX exposure (transactional, from both balance sheet and budget, as well as translational exposure), and evaluating its related impacts, knowledge of common hedging instruments (forwards, options, swaps, natural hedges), and basic understanding of hedge accounting principles.

As professional at this level within Accenture we expect you to take the following responsibilities:

• Understanding and documenting business requirements and treasury processes.
• Advising corporate clients on treasury processes, operating models and their treasury organization.
• Preparing and running client workshops.
• Understanding the value/business case of treasury transformational initiatives.
• Support the implementation of leading treasury technologies at large organizations.
• Contributing to continuous service portfolio innovation through asset development, trainings and knowledge sharing.
• Providing strong and autonomous project delivery on treasury organizational and operational transformation, process optimization and treasury technology implementations.
• Closely following the strategic direction set by management when establishing near-term goals.

Qualifications

• Demonastrated experience in international corporate treasury organizations or in a consulting environment advising corporates on finance and treasury transformations and/or technology enhancements or implementing treasury technology solutions.
• Have a profound understanding of corporate treasury (e.g., cash and liquidity management, financial risk management, debt & investment management, payment & fraud management, corporate finance, treasury accounting, AI-driven treasury data and analytics)
• Experience using or implementing leading treasury technologies such as Kyriba and/or FIS Quantum/Integrity.
• Minimum bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.

Preferred Knowledge and skills

• Certified treasury professional (ACT or similar) and/or TMS vendor certification
• Proven track record in managing treasury transformational initiatives
• Ability to interact and present to/with client executives, vendors and third-party providers
• Results driven motivated team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to travel
