AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

- Tasks to be carried out by the student: Provide support to safety technicians in carrying out preventive activities, risk assessments, data collection, safety inspections, drills, and participating in activities, especially as a support role, as this will be a learning period.

- Knowledge to be acquired by the student: the necessary knowledge in occupational risk prevention to be able to carry out the correct development of the preventive activity defined by the company

- Within which projects or areas the internship will be carried out: these activities will be carried out in the prevention area of the technical department, which provides advice on occupational risk prevention for civil, military, and aerospace programs.

- Specify the tools to be used: Google Workspace, Office, and other corporate tools if necessary.

Required skills #AirbusDiversity

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Degree in Technical engineering (nice to have)

- English: from a B2 level

- Spanish: native Spanish

- General knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety technician, who should have the 3 specialties required for the master's degree: safety, hygiene, and ergonomics.
- Skills valued: ability to work in a team, autonomy, proactivity.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
