岗位职责:

  1. 负责管理和提升外贸B2B客户的资金规模和产品营收。

  2. 通过多种获客方式(转介绍、电销、渠道合作等)寻找高意向新客户,达成拓新客及营收目标;

  3. 深入了解客户业务模型与需求,结合我司多元化产品能力,制定匹配的综合解决方案;

  4. 通过专业的销售和服务能力,保持良好客情,推动新客户从注册、KYC、上线到持续交易的全流程,确保客户稳定使用;维系老客户的留存和深度产品渗透率,提升老客营收。

  5. 关注客户交易合规性,具备基本的风险识别意识,能在销售过程中把控交易合理性与真实性;

  6. 跟进行业趋势及客户反馈,协助优化产品和业务流程。

任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,2年以上的客户拓展经验(电销、电面结合、直客、商务渠道合作等),有跨境支付、ERP、Saas、银行、外贸产业带供应链业务经验者优先;

  • 结果导向,具备强烈的自我驱动能力,能独立完成客户跟进与转化;

  • 具备出色的沟通能力,能与客户进行深入业务对话并建立信任关系;

  • 学习能力强,能够快速理解客户行业、业务模式及公司产品;

  • 有良好的方案思维和系统性思考能力,能结合公司产品制定实用落地的交易方案;

  • 具备风险意识,了解跨境业务合规要求,能在销售过程中识别潜在问题并规避风险。
