⭐️ The product manager role ⭐️

Product Managers at Alan are responsible for going deep on user needs, defining a product strategy, and turning it into a high impact product roadmap.

• You'll work closely with designers, engineers and ops to define the right product and implement it.

• You'll partner and align with all parts of the business: sales, customer care, insurance.

Billing: an amazing opportunity to have an impact and grow:

• You'll own a platform that collects hundreds of millions in premiums.

• Working in the Billing crew means building scalable solutions for pricing, invoicing, payments, and recovery across multiple countries and services.

• You'll enable some of our biggest commercial opportunities, as billing is often a place where we make a difference.

• Money is a sensitive topic and the scope allows to add delight as a true differentiator (transparency, fair pricing, great UX).

• You'll work with a world-class team.

⭐️ About you ⭐️

You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:

• At least 6 years of experience in a product-related role (Product Manager, Founder, Business strategy)

• Excited by products that require data, technical, but also UX expertise.

• Analytical skills: SQL with the help of AI.

• Strong written communication skills in internal- and external-facing settings.

• Enthusiasm about teamwork, an open and curious mindset, and a desire to have an impact.

• The will to deeply challenge the status quo in the insurance and healthcare industries.

• Fluency in French and English.
