What will you do?

• Realizar de manera cualificada y responsable, la compra, gestión de mercancías y materiales. • Colaborar al establecimiento de las necesidades de mercancías y material de acuerdo con las demandas de las diferentes áreas del establecimiento. • Colaborar con el/la Responsable de Economato en el registro de proveedores y mercancías. • Recibir las mercancías y material pedidos, y controlar las fechas de caducidad de los productos, la calidad y cantidad así como las facturas. • Vigilar y controlar las existencias de mercancías y material. • Encargarse del almacenamiento, manipulación y ordenación de los materiales y productos.

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Administración, Compras o similar.
• Experiencia: mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.
• Idiomas: deseable inglés.
• Se valorarán conocimientos en: hostelería.

• Se valorará experiencia en el manejo del programa SAP.
