Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.

Proven experience in strategy and/or business development.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of CIB is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution: Participate in the definition and execution of strategic projects, ensuring they align with BBVA Group and RCP goals.
Transformation: Drive major transformation initiatives across various products and geographies for greater scale.
Leadership Support: Facilitate key decision-making for CIB leadership and support top management with strategic presentations and market analysis.
