At Benjamin, we give users real cash rewards-what we call Money Moments-for things they're already doing. From playing games and watching ads to everyday card purchases with cash back, we're all about putting money back in people's pockets.

What you'll do:

• Design, configure, and run LiveOps features such as events, offers, goals, passes, and experiments
• Own the LiveOps calendar, setup, tuning, execution, and post-event analysis
• Partner closely with Systems Design, Product, and Data to optimize conversion, retention, and monetization
• Continuously iterate on live systems, balancing short-term performance with long-term economic health
• Monitor live performance, identify issues or opportunities, and make fast, informed adjustments
• Be accountable for the real-world impact of LiveOps decisions on user behavior and business outcomes

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on LiveOps experience in free-to-play games or highly gamified consumer products
• Strong comfort running experiments, reading data, and making decisions quickly
• Solid understanding of in-game or virtual economies, player behavior, and trade-offs
• Execution-driven mindset with a bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating
• Ability to operate calmly in high-pressure, high-pace, high-ownership environments

Ideal candidate has: 

• Experience owning live systems with direct revenue and retention impact
• Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics
• A pragmatic, outcome-focused approach rather than rigid frameworks
