About you

You’re a Kinaxis Maestro expert who thrives on solving complex planning challenges. You enjoy diving into the details, shaping architecture that works in the real world, and guiding teams to build it right.

You bring:

• Multiple end to end Maestro implementations with strong hands on experience.

• The ability to design models that balance performance, maintainability, and business fit.

• Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand, supply, S&OP / IBP, scenario analysis, KPIs).

• Experience integrating Maestro with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S/4HANA or similar).

• Strong communication skills, able to translate architecture decisions for both business and technical audiences.

• A consulting mindset: ownership, curiosity, and the drive to dig into complex problems.

• Certifications: Author, Contributor, ideally Master or equivalent delivery experience.

• Experience leading solution design in complex or large-scale Maestro programs.
