We're looking for someone who wants to go beyond traditional Finance.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, process optimization, and applied Artificial Intelligence. It is execution-focused and impact-driven: the objective is not theoretical transformation, but delivering tangible productivity, quality, and efficiency improvements across Finance activities.

You will play a key role in reshaping how Finance operates - leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and AI to elevate performance to the next level.

Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities

A. Finance Process Optimization:
• Identify inefficiencies in closing activities, reporting flows, and data preparation.
• Analyze root causes using data, process mapping, and business judgment.
• Propose pragmatic improvements focused on:
Speed · Reliability · Scalability

B. Solution Design & Implementation:
• Design and implement solutions such as:
• Automated workflows (Power Automate)
• Interactive dashboards (Power BI)
• AI scripts and automation tools
• Deliver working MVPs, not just concepts.
• Iterate solutions in close collaboration with Finance teams.

C. Jules Champion - Finance (AI)
• Act as the AI Champion within Finance.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and ways of working.
• Identify high-value use cases with measurable impact.
• Animate and support a local network of power users.

Required Profile:

Experience:
• 2-5 years in Finance, Performance Improvement, Process Optimization, or Analytics.

Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel (mandatory).
• Power BI and Power Automate.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python is a plus).
• Strong familiarity with AI tools (mandatory).

Soft Skills:
• "Young in spirit" mindset.
• Curious, proactive, and experimental.
• Solution-oriented with a hands-on attitude.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.

Languages:
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Portuguese is a plus.
