About the role:

The Bynder Legal Team is seeking a Legal Intern to join our Amsterdam office. During your internship, you will support the team with a wide range of legal and administrative tasks, including corporate housekeeping, compliance, and commercial contracting. This is a varied and hands-on role that plays a key part in increasing the efficiency of our legal and operational workflows. You will collaborate with various departments at Bynder, especially Business Applications, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.

What you will do:

​​Administrative Support

• Play an active role in a legal operations project to enhance the quality, structure, and efficiency of our contract repository

• Process legacy and new business customer contracts in Salesforce and ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date

• Oversee our ticketing systems

• Maintain company records and ensure compliance with applicable filing requirements across EMEA, DACH and APAC regions

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Bynder Legal Team

Legal Support

• Conduct legal research on a variety of topics

• Review basic commercial agreements, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

• Support the team with ad hoc legal requests and daily legal operations

What you have:

• You need to be available for a full-time internship for at least 3 months starting mid April 2026, with the possibility of an extension

• You are currently enrolled in, or will be enrolled in, a Dutch Master's program in Law throughout your internship

• Fluency in English is required. An intermediate level of Dutch is preferred. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus, but not required

• You are highly organized with, an eye for detail, and don't let things slip through the cracks

• You are motivated, proactive, and independent

• You need to be based in the Netherlands
