Grape harvest worker

The work focuses on the manual harvesting of grapes during the vintage season, being an essential step for the start of winemaking. The job consists of cutting and carefully selecting the bunches to maintain their quality, placing them in crates that are then loaded, unloaded, and transported to the collection and weighing points. In this way, a constant flow of the product from the vineyard is ensured.

In addition to the harvest, support tasks are carried out in the agricultural environment, such as preparing materials and organizing the work area. Keeping the designated area tidy and clean is essential for a safe and efficient operation. The activity takes place outdoors, in the middle of nature, and requires good physical condition to adapt to the conditions of late summer.

The pace is dynamic and requires working in coordination with the team to meet the farm's daily harvesting targets. The working day is part-time and temporary in nature.

La labor se centra en la recolección manual de la uva durante la temporada de vendimia, siendo un paso esencial para el inicio de la elaboración del vino. El trabajo consiste en cortar y seleccionar los racimos con esmero para mantener su calidad, depositándolos en cajas que luego se cargan, descargan y transportan hasta los puntos de acopio y pesaje. De esta manera, se asegura un flujo constante del producto desde el viñedo.

Además de la cosecha, se realizan tareas de apoyo en el entorno agrícola, como la preparación de materiales y la organización de la zona de trabajo. Mantener el orden y la limpieza en el área designada es fundamental para un operativo seguro y eficiente. La actividad es al aire libre, en plena naturaleza, y exige un buen estado físico para adaptarse a las condiciones del final del verano.

El ritmo es dinámico y requiere trabajar en coordinación con el equipo para cumplir con los objetivos diarios de recogida de la explotación. La jornada es a tiempo parcial y de carácter temporal.
