Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years of "Builder" experience, you come from an Ops, Solutions Engineering, or Tech Project Management background where you've shipped real products.

• You’ve taken GenAI concepts from "cool demo" to "live workflow" with clear, documented business impact.

• Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or Workato.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable language for non‑technical stakeholders.

• You know how to define an MVP and keep a cross-functional task force on track.

Nice-to-Haves

• Basic (or advanced!) proficiency in a programming language (e.g. Python) for prototyping and integrations.

• Prior experience in change management, enablement, or internal consulting roles.

• Experience building and running communities of practice or champions networks.

• Familiarity with data privacy, security and governance considerations for AI tools in a corporate context.
