The school's curriculum has been fully approved by both the Galician Government and the British Council, and is considered to be, alongside its sister school in Vigo, one of the foremost British schools in the Galicia region. We wish to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Science Teacher and Lab Technician:

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related scientific discipline.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, Master's Degree in Education, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education.
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students and promote academic excellence.
Experience in laboratory management, including the preparation of materials, maintenance of equipment, and implementation of health and safety procedures.
Ability to plan learning pathways based on the specific entry requirements of different universities, including weighting criteria where applicable.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Previous experience in an international or bilingual school environment would be an advantage.
