Coruña British International School is a highly distinguished British international school the first in the city to gain NABSS (National Association for British Schools in Spain) accreditation. The school's curriculum has been fully approved by both the Galician Government and the British Council, and is considered to be, alongside its sister school in Vigo, one of the foremost British schools in the Galicia region. Founded more than 8 years ago this progressive school with strong family values has delivered the English National Curriculum to hundreds of students and has evolved to meet the needs of modern learners. Students aged three to 14 attend the school and follow the National English Early Years Framework and the English National Curriculum.

We wish to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Science Teacher and Lab Technician:
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related scientific discipline.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, Master's Degree in Education, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students and promote academic excellence.
- Experience in laboratory management, including the preparation of materials, maintenance of equipment, and implementation of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to plan learning pathways based on the specific entry requirements of different universities, including weighting criteria where applicable.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Previous experience in an international or bilingual school environment would be an advantage.
