We are looking for an Events and Projects Specialist.

What will your challenges be?

• Planning, coordination, and comprehensive execution of events and brand activations.
• Logistics management: venues, suppliers, production, schedules, guests, and timings.
• Onsite operational supervision to ensure excellent execution.
• Cross-functional coordination with internal teams (marketing, communications, business, etc.).
• Organization and monitoring of event-related projects, including defining timelines and controlling deliverables.
• Budget management and control, ensuring cost optimization.
• Development and implementation of launches, experiences, and activations in corporate and retail environments.
• Identification of opportunities to generate unique experiences for customers and partners.
• Management, negotiation, and coordination of suppliers and external collaborators.
• Analysis of results, preparation of post-event reports, and proposal of continuous improvements.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

Experience: Experience in event management, project management, communication, or experiential marketing. Managing events from start to finish. Experience in corporate environments, retail, or brands with in-person activations will be valued.

Skills: Quick-witted, decisive, and proactive. High capacity for organization and management of multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to work in changing environments and with tight deadlines. Hands-on mentality: able to move from planning to execution.

Others: Proactive and focused on continuous improvement. Collaborative profile with an aptitude for working with young, multidisciplinary teams. Attention to detail and results-oriented.
