We are looking for a Gremany Customer Care Specialist (Temporary contract).

What will your challenges be?

• Manage contacts with customers and consumers in coordination with the Call Center (questions about order status, product characteristics, product usage, about ISDIN as a company, about the Love ISDIN platforms...)
• Manage areas without a sales agent (whether for incoming or outgoing calls/messages)
• Coordinate the operations of logistics operators (product intake and customer orders)
• Carry out the Back Office tasks inherent to Customer Care:
• Order management (from order entry to shipment to customers)
• Management of the photoprotection campaign: coordination of deliveries to customers with all involved stakeholders
• Manage product returns from customers and invoice incidents
• Maintain master data of customers and products (in ISDIN as well as in logistics operators)

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: University Degree or Higher Education Diploma
• Experience: Customer Service Back Office or Supply Chain area
• Languages: Native level of German
• IT: Advanced level in Excel, SAP, CRM
