Technical Skills

• SAP Ecosystem: Deep expertise in managing SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) environments, including a strong understanding of core module integration (FI, CO, SD, MM).
• Project Governance: Mastery of professional project management methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall) and governance tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Transition Management: Proven ability to manage "Cutover" phases and post-go-live stabilization in complex, 24/7 global environments.
• Change Impact Analysis: Skilled in evaluating the ripple effects of technical changes across various business domains and legacy systems.

Soft Skills

• Multicultural Communication: Sophisticated ability to influence and lead diverse, multicultural teams; expert at translating technical complexity into strategic business language.
• High Autonomy: An executive-minded leader who takes full accountability for project outcomes, driving results with a high degree of independence.
• Conflict Resolution & Diplomacy: Exceptional skill in navigating the "political" landscape of a luxury group, resolving competing priorities between Maisons and Group Technology with tact and firmness.

Language Requirements

• English: Mandatory. Full professional and executive proficiency is required for all global coordination and strategic reporting.
• French: A very good asset. Highly valued for building trust and managing relationships with Maison headquarters and business owners in French-speaking regions.

Profile & Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in IT Project Management, with a focus on large-scale SAP transformations.
• Previous experience in the luxury, fashion, or high-end retail sector is strongly preferred.
• A methodology-driven professional with a proven track record of delivering excellence in high-pressure environments.
