We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and work with different departments to execute company-wide projects. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about many aspects of the software industry and how tech companies operate. 

In this role, you will: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple corporate departments to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines and allocate resources accordingly.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and aligned project goals.
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders and team members.
• Continuously improve project management processes and best practices within the team.

We will be happy to have you on our team if you have: 

• A proven track record of developing team growth and delivering successful results.
• 7+  years of experience in project or program management
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively within cross-functional teams.
• The ability to deal with context switching.
• Strong negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
