The challenge
As a Partner Success Engineer for the French market, you'll play a key role in ensuring our partners successfully adopt and use our cloud platform. Your mission will be to provide high-quality technical support, guide partners through their journey, and help them maximize the value of our services, directly impacting customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
You'll be part of a team focused on delivering an excellent partner experience, combining technical expertise with a strong customer-centric approach. Together, you'll support onboarding, resolve technical issues, and proactively educate partners through training sessions and continuous guidance, ensuring they fully understand and benefit from the platform.
Collaboration will be essential. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to share partner feedback, report issues, and contribute to continuous improvement. You'll also act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment and helping evolve the platform based on real partner needs.

- Diagnosing and solving complex technical problems related to cloud services and infrastructure.
- Working in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing priorities.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
Key skills and expected impact:
- Provide exceptional technical support, ensuring high partner satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate effectively in French, explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
