You must be currently enrolled in a University program and be eligible to sign an internship agreement (“convenio de prácticas”) with your University. The agreement must cover the full duration of the internship. Candidates who are not able to provide a valid University internship agreement will not be considered.

As a Client Advisor Intern, you will support the delivery of a refined client experience while immersing yourself in the day-to-day operations of a luxury boutique and developing key retail and clienteling skills.

Your role will be:

• Supporting the client experience by contributing to the creation of memorable and personalized interactions.
• Assisting in building client relationships and supporting CRM activities (follow-up, communication, and clienteling).
• Supporting product presentation through storytelling and a strong understanding of the collections.
• Welcoming and greeting clients as the first point of contact: identifying needs and directing them to the appropriate Client Advisor.
• Assisting with order preparation, packaging, and gifting.
• Working collaboratively as part of the team and contributing to daily store operations.
• Supporting Visual Merchandising in line with LOEWE standards.
• Assisting in the organization and execution of in-store events.
• Supporting inventory management and other back-of-house operational tasks.
• Contributing to the achievement of individual and store objectives.
• Adhering to company policies and standards, including professional image and conduct.
