WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale the Growth domain. In this role, you will be responsible for multiple cross-functional teams (web and mobile) through Engineering Managers and TechLeads/Seniors, shaping the organizational structure, defining strategic priorities, with a mission to help content creators unlock value from Manychat and sustain their growth at scale. You will partner closely with Product, Finance, Security, Legal, and Platform teams to drive a long-term vision, balancing delivery, system reliability, and architectural direction. Your focus will be on growing leaders, establishing clear ownership, and building a high-performing organization that delivers measurable business impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Organizational Leadership: Lead multiple teams through Engineering Managers and TechLeads/Seniors, setting clear ownership and accountability. Design and evolve the team topology and domain boundaries to support scaling and growth needs. Develop managers through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and succession planning.
• Domain Strategy & Execution: Define and drive the long-term engineering strategy for the Growth domain aligned with company's and areas' OKRs. Own the end to end growth funnel including engagement, retention, and expansion with clear accountability for conversion improvements and experiment velocity.
• Product & Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the engineering counterpart to Product, Design, Mobile, and Analytics leadership for the domain. Co-own monetization surfaces such as paywalls, packaging exposure, and expansion flows in close partnership with Billing and Finance teams. Drive quantified platform leverage by influencing Platform and Data roadmaps through measurable growth impact.
• Technology Strategy & Architecture Stewardship: Set the technical direction across teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. Evolve Technology stack. Guide architectural decisions, reduce fragmentation, and manage technical debt at the domain level. Establish standards for system design, observability, performance, and resilience.
• Operational Excellence: Strengthen domain-level planning, capacity management, and risk mitigation practices. Drive improvements in release confidence, incident management, and delivery predictability. Be on charge of domain health metrics. Ensure event quality, metric definitions, and funnel observability meet decision grade standards.
• Talent Growth & Hiring: Own the hiring strategy for Engineering Managers and senior roles within the domain. Build a strong leadership bench and create clear career growth paths. Foster a culture of ownership, feedback, and continuous improvement.

• Experience leading multiple teams through Engineering Managers in a complex product organization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams: web and mobile (Android and iOS).
• Experience shaping organizational design and scaling engineering structures and technologies.
• Proven track record of defining domain strategy and delivering platforms at scale.
• Strong experience partnering with Product and senior stakeholders on roadmap and prioritization.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, native mobile apps, high-load architectures, and platform reliability.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical sustainability.
• Fluency in English and experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
• Data Analytics experience is a plus.
• Experience working with PHP, Java, or Python in production environments is a strong plus.
