Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high security standards are maintained throughout the shift

• Ensure SOP's are followed by the team

• Attendance management

• Daily tallying and auditing of stones received and stored in safe

• Take ownership of the entire photography and videography process of precious stones and ensure thorough stock check at the end of each shift

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

• Motivating the team to achieve organisational goals.

• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

• Delegating tasks to team members.

• Conducting training of team members to maximise their potential.

• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

• Conducting monthly performance reviews.

• Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of Team handling experience

• Transparent & honest approach- as he/she will be dealing with stones

• Speaks good English, written and verbal

• MS Office and reporting skills

• Ability to multitask efficiently with multiple counterparts

• Attention to detail

• Humble, honest, trustworthy

• Shows respect & appreciation for every person

• Takes 100% responsibility with a can do attitude - Does not blame, complain, criticize or condemn
