Role Overview

As a (Junior) Pre-Sales Specialist, you are the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, guiding them from initial inquiry through post-sale support. You manage leads, book appointments, assist customers with documentation, and ensure smooth handoffs to the installation teams, delivering a professional and friendly service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify Dutch leads quickly and professionally.

• Explain Otovo's solar solutions and Care Product clearly

• Book meetings with the Sales Team and guide customers through next steps.

• Manage inbound calls and first response through our CRM tool (Hubspot)

• Support customers with document submission and follow-ups.

• Track project progress and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Dutch fluency required; English proficiency essential.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.

• Organized, proactive, and able to follow structured processes.

• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic office software.
