Role summary:
We are seeking a Sr Data Analyst to join our Operations team in the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have a background in analytics, proven experience in SQL, and is an expert at building dashboard solutions that provide our business leaders with the data and insights they need to help service our customers with excellence.
What you'll do:
- Provide accurate and user-friendly data models, insight, reports, and dashboards
- Analyze data, track operational performance, alert and analyze abnormal trends
- Work with different stakeholders in the company, such as Operations, BizDev, Product, Tech and Program Managers
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Statistics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong expertise in SQL, including building complex queries using advanced analytical/window functions.
- Experience working in big data environments (e.g., large-scale datasets, distributed systems such as BigQuery or similar platforms).
- 3+ years of experience building dashboards using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end dashboard development, from requirements gathering and data modeling to design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions by collaborating closely with stakeholders across teams.
- Experience with Python, particularly using Pandas (advantage).

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is
$120,000—$140,000 USD
