As an SDR, you'll be the first voice our future customers hear. You'll open doors, create new conversations, and help businesses discover how language learning can drive their success.

This is a sales role at its core, and an excellent start for a career in sales. Many of our SDRs have progressed to Account Executive or Post Sales roles. If you're hungry to learn, motivated to succeed, and excited about growing in B2B sales, this is the place to do it.

We want your hiring experience to be smooth and respectful of your time. That's why we begin with a short video interview, so you can introduce yourself in a way that feels natural, and on your own schedule.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reaching out to potential prospects via multiple channels: LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, video outreach, and offline initiatives.

  • Qualifying prospects through consultative conversations using BANT criteria.

  • Building and enriching the top of our sales funnel through outbound campaigns.

  • Researching companies to identify the right contacts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Becoming a product expert on Preply Business and understanding our position in the competitive landscape.

  • Keeping CRM data up-to-date and using insights to improve your outreach strategy.

  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives to strategically target high-potential accounts.

  • Scheduling discovery calls by following Preply's sales playbook, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.

  • Staying proactive with follow-ups, handling objections, and nurturing leads through the pipeline.

What you need to succeed:

  • Fluent English & Spanish.

  • A clear motivation to build a career in sales-this role is designed for those eager to grow and learn.

  • Confidence in starting conversations with new people and engaging decision-makers.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused while handling high-volume outreach.

  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset, you take ownership and keep pushing forward.

  • Empathy, curiosity, and the ability to ask great questions and listen actively.

  • A performance-driven attitude with resilience and adaptability.

  • A collaborative spirit, your ideas and input help us all keep perfecting.
