How you will shape Prophero:

• • • Support the Product and Tech teams in the day-to-day execution of product operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

    • Help document, analyze, and improve internal product and operational workflows to support scalability and operational excellence.

    • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to track requirements, features, and ongoing initiatives.

    • Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing product and operational data to identify insights, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

    • Support the rollout of new tools, features, and process improvements across teams, ensuring clear documentation and communication.

    • Help maintain product documentation, internal knowledge bases, and process guidelines.

    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, bringing fresh ideas and a problem-solving mindset to optimize how we build and operate our product.

What you will bring to our team:

Experience & Background:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Data, Operations, or a related field.

• Interest in Product Operations, Technology, or working closely with Product and Engineering teams.

• Previous internship, academic projects, or exposure to tech or product environments is a plus, but not required.

General Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to structure information, document processes, and work with data.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g. spreadsheets, project management tools, documentation platforms).

• Growth mindset, ownership mentality, and willingness to take on new challenges.

Language:

• Advanced English, as we are a globally distributed team and English is used for all internal communication.
