How you will shape Prophero:

• Onboard clients to PropHero, providing them with information on the PropHero methodology and understanding their investment objectives.
• Communicate regularly with clients via instant chat, email, and/or phone/video calls, resolving queries promptly and proactively.
• Conduct property market analysis using the PropHero methodology, presenting opportunities and supporting clients in their decision-making process.
• Refine and document the PropHero client success methodology to scale the process and ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the supply team to prioritize and refine property searches to match client objectives and increase closure probability.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience: 3+ years in a client-facing or client service role with a strong track record of delivering excellent outcomes and experiences. 
  Demonstrated ability to establish trust, adapt to diverse client contexts, and support investment objectives.
  
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• General Skills: 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build credibility and rapport with clients.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and an ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and a growth mindset, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Optimism, enthusiasm, and passion for achieving new challenges and driving business impact.
• Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
