What You'll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Expected start date to end date: June 1st - December 1st

  • Project scope and deliverables - What will the intern be working on, and what outcomes are expected?

Become a member of the SAP HCM Customer Onboarding Team, supporting with key tasks and activities, whilst engaging with customers direct, through 1:many and 1:1 touchpoints.

  • Business impact - How will this work create meaningful value for the business (beyond supplemental tasks like data entry or admin work)?

Onboarding is a critical phase of the Customer Value Journey. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the customer experience, at scale.

  • Team environment and collaboration - Who will the intern work with, and what type of support or mentorship will they receive?

Collaborate with a team of Onboarding Experts to drive best practice onboarding guidance to customers and partners, at scale. You will also work with other teams, including other partner and customer facing teams, to ensure SAP shows up as One Team to our customers.

Gain a thorough understanding of SAP technology and how we help customers achieve key goals and competitive advantage. Learn the real-life onboarding experience of SAP customers, and how we can help them proactively prepare and deliver a successful implementation. This position will give you hands on experience and knowledge of SAP tools and systems.
