Scopely is looking for Operations and Experience Coordinator to join our Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

MONOPOLY GO! is a global phenomenon and the biggest mobile game launch in history, captivating millions of players worldwide. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain. This role will support operational excellence within our Barcelona hub by driving structured processes, data accuracy, and high-quality team experiences.

As an Operations and Experience Coordinator, you will be a hands-on contributor focused on execution, organization, and continuous improvement. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure core operational workflows run smoothly and that our hub operates efficiently and cohesively.

What You Will Do

Process & Data Operations

• Execute and maintain recurring operational workflows related to workforce tracking, reporting, and internal documentation.
• Review and validate data across systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, People, Production, Tech) to ensure operational processes run smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support automation or documentation improvements.

Hub Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate operational requests tied to the Barcelona hub, ensuring clear communication, structured tracking, and timely follow-ups.
• Support onboarding logistics and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure consistent new hire experiences.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries, escalating when appropriate and ensuring closure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, People, Production, and Tech to support smooth execution of initiatives.

Events & Team Experience

• Own end-to-end coordination of onsite and offsite team events in Barcelona, including vendor management, bookings, communications, and expense compliance.
• Support team engagement initiatives designed to foster connection across local and hybrid employees.
• Manage logistics, track participation, gather feedback and ensure smooth execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, HR Operations, Event Coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• High attention to detail, especially when working with structured data, reporting, and documentation.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and process-driven environments.
• Ability to follow established frameworks while identifying opportunities for incremental improvement.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
