WHERE YOU WILL WORK:

Shiseido Americas Distribution Center is hiring! We are looking for people who work safely and with a quality focus; who work with a sense of urgency and purpose; and who contribute integrity and a positive attitude. If this is you, come join our People First team!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• You will empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
• You will maintain cleanliness in restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed (e.g., soap, paper towels).
• You will monitor and report any maintenance issues such as leaks, broken equipment, or damaged fixtures.
• You will operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and vacuums.
• You will restock and organize cleaning supplies and inform management when supplies are low.
• You will ensure outdoor areas (e.g., entryways, walkways) are clean, clear of debris, and safe for use.
• You will follow health and safety regulations and protocols at all times.
• You will assist with setting up and cleaning up for events or meetings as needed.
• You will perform other duties as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are someone with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You are someone with previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• You are someone with a strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• You are someone with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• You are someone with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• You are someone with good communication and teamwork skills.

The hourly rate for this position may vary based on geographic location. Pay is based on several factors including knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, including a full range of benefits.
