Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical or Industrial) or equivalent experience.
Proficient in English (B2 level) and Euskera in advanced level
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles as well as supervising a minimum of 20 people and flexibility to work in different schedules.
Knowledge of Quality Systems, ISO Standards, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with Quality Tools (e.g., 8D) and Lean Manufacturing Principles.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

As a Quality Plant Manager, you will drive the implementation of our Quality mission and strategy, ensuring effective execution of policies across all quality areas. Your role as a trusted consultant will empower you to collaborate with colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment to delivering outstanding products and services.
How You'll Make an Impact
Implement and continuously improve the quality aspects of the Integrated Management System in alignment with production quality strategies and regulations.
Plan, implement, and monitor the audit program, including certification audits, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Drive the implementation of global quality programs across production sites, focusing on continuous improvement and sharing best practices.
Manage product safety activities to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Address and resolve customer complaints related to manufacturing and supplier issues effectively.
Lead the development and execution of quality methods and risk management processes in production, ensuring effective prioritisation.
